Stressed Frustrated and Stuck

We've All Been There Haven't We?  Stuck. Frustrated. Stressed. We've all been in that place where we have been beating our head against the wall and getting nowhere.  It seems the harder we try, the more useless our efforts become.  This place of frustration and "stuckness" shows us very specifically the power of the unseen in the Universe.  It shows us the power that our feelings and mindset have over our physical action.  How? When we are frustrated, upset, or fearful that things are not going to work out, we send a message to the Universe in a frequency that sends circumstances and situations that match that vibration of feeling.  When we are caught in this vibration, nothing goes right.  No matter how hard we try, we will stay right where we are like we are held in that place by some kind of invisible force field.  We blame this on bad luck.  If we see someone in this cycle, we think to ourselves, "Wow, she just can't get a break, can she?"  Through our thinking of that person and feeling that we, we actually add energy to that cycle that keeps her stuck. Now, think about someone who you consider is "lucky."  Life just always seems to go their way.  They are in a good mood.  They are happy.  They feel blessed.  So, they attract circumstances and opportunities to themselves that match those vibrations.  Things just never go wrong for them. So, do you want to get lucky? Here are some fantastic and simple ways to shift your vibration and knock yourself out of the "bad luck" orbit!  These are all things that I do for myself.  I have been blessed to learn many healing modalities, transcendental cures and processes for getting back on the lucky track rather quickly. My #1 Fall Back is The Healing Code. First, just buy the damn book.  You can click right on the photo, go to Amazon and purchase it.  New or used, doesn't matter.  Just read it.  This is a series of four hand codes that combined with a prayer will energetically release what is stopping you.  Start by doing The Healing Code 3 or 4 times a day.  It only takes six minutes each time and you will feel refreshed every single time you take the time to use it.  I  used it as part of my success plan to find true love after six years of being single.  I  used it to drop a very stubborn 15 pounds that I gained three years earlier.  I've used it to simply return me to a feel better place...calm, relaxed, peaceful... when I am feeling stressed.  I've even used it on behalf of my children and others I want to send good vibrations to.  One of my favorite times of using The Healing Code, was when I taught it to my son, and he and I did them together for others.  Now, that was cool!  He loved it, too. Here is the prayer, but you will need the book to learn the hand codes.  I love the prayer.  Many times the day I asked to be filled with the Light, Life and Love of God even if I'm not doing the actual code.

I pray that all known & unknown negative images, unhealthy beliefs, destructive cellular memories and all physical issues related to (fill in the blank…my romantic heart, my health, my physical pain, my weight, my pH balance, etc. and you can choose more than one!) would be found, opened and healed by filling me with the light, life and love of God. I also pray that the effectiveness of this healing be increased by 100 times or more.”

I just think that is so neat. #2 Get Very, Very, Very Clear on What You Want Vision BoardIt's super easy to get stuck in the thinking of what we don't want.  I don't want to lose my job.  I don't want my wife to be mad at me all the time.  Well, that attracts exactly those things.  Instead, get clear on what you really want.  I want to get promoted in my career.  I want to have an exciting and loving marriage.  I want to travel.  Asking my clients what they want is the hardest question I ask.  Most everyone I coach is really not sure.  All I can say is start to figure that out.  Write down things that you want.  Start tearing pictures out of magazines that catch your attention.  Create a vision board that you are willing to change.  Notice the themes of what you want that you have been ignoring because you think you can't have it.  You can. #3 Train Your Brain to Think Differently, Which Teaches Your Spirit to Feel Differently Doing a complete and total brain shift over night probably won't happen.  What you can do is start by making a small shift.  Anytime that you notice that you are thinking about what you don't want or thinking negatively about something.  Stop.  Now, put in some other thought that is more positive.  I like to train my brain with, "I'm in the process of..."  Here, let me give you an example.  Let's say that I want to make more money.  Rather, than say, "I don't have enough money.  I wish I made more money." (which puts us in a lower vibration to attract less), train your brain to say, "I'm in the process of making more money in less time."  Using the phrase, "I'm in the process...", or "I've decided to...." are allowing thoughts.  We don't resist and block ourselves with that thinking.  If I just say something like, "I am rich." when I don't feel rich, my entire vibration recoils like a rubber band and says, "I am not rich. I am a liar.  I need to stop kidding myself." etc. etc.  Have you ever had that happen when you've tried affirmations like that? What is one thing you'd like to manifest in your life?
